Time flies and another year has just begun! For the Chinese family, things will start to build up and get more exciting in preparation for the Lunar Chinese New Year, which will fall on Sunday, 10 February, 2013 .
While the crossover from the old year 2012 to the new year 2013 is a time concept with a new 2013 Gregorian desktop calendar put into use; for my family, there will be a lot to do from now onwards in getting the house in order to ensure that the lunar new year’s auspicious energies can enter and bless the family for the whole lunar year….to shopping for Chinese New Year stuff and preparing the Family Reunion Dinner feast.
